Portland Museum of Art, Portland, ME

This is the first of a hand full of PR photos I took while on vacation in the great state of Maine. The Portland Museum of Art had some amazing work, my favorites being a collection of Julia Mararget Cameron’s work and a collection of N.C. Wyeth paintings.

    Billings Farm

Billings Farm & Museum was established in 1871 and is still a working dairy farm today. As a kid I must have taken five of six school trips there. When Meg and I went we got to see border collies herding sheep, baby cows, some giant horses and the restored farm house.

    Worcester Art Museum

I took this in the education department of the Worcester Art Museum (WAM) after an Art All State meeting. WAM is a great museum featuring art from over 55 centuries.

    Dunkin’ Donuts Chicopee MA

I took this photo at the Chicopee Dunkin’ Donuts on Front Street. Had a small regular coffee. I’m not a fan of Duncan Donuts coffee, I’ve always thought it tastes like it’s slightly burnt.

    Mass MoCA

The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art in North Adams has a great industrial brick restroom. I took this photo back in August 2008 when my wife and I went to see Tara Donovan’s work.

San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art

We went to the SDMCA figuring we would see some good art and be able to use the bathroom. Even though we like contemporary art the show that was up at the time wasn’t our taste so it was basically a $20 trip to the rest room. We felt better physically but not fiscally.
