    Who Is Sylvia?

This is the first from a few places I visited when making a trip home to where I grew up in VT. This shot is from Who Is Sylvia, a vintage and antique clothing, linens and lace shop in Woodstock. Who Is Sylvia has been serving individuals, theaters, museums, photographers and collectors since 1980. Meg and I biked around downtown and checked out a few shops which explains my garb. I’m sporting some great contrapposto as well as some love for Sylvia’s shop coming out of my head. I wish Sylvia had a website but unfortunately the best I can give you is this link to the address and contact info.

    Raymore & Flanigan, West Springfield

As many of you know, my wife and I just bought a new house. For curiosities’ sake we stopped in to Raymore & Flanigan, a furniture store, to see if they had anything in the realm of modern design. Talking to a sales person I soon realized they did not. The first clue was that they didn’t know the difference between modern and contemporary. That’s not a put down for R&F or the sales person. Just a signal that R&F isn’t our type of store.

Michaels - The Arts & Crafts Store. Nashua, NH

As I was telling my wife that I didn’t want to go into Michaels a thought occurred. A quick question to one of the employees and off to the room behind isle 25B.

    Toys R Us Times Square

This photo was taken in the second floor men’s room next to the Little Princess line of Barbie dolls. We arrived at the store just prior to opening. Which meant that the only open rest room just so happened to be the one in the Little Princess section, a lucky coincidence for the guys and myself if I do say so.
